适用范围
本标准规定了电压波动和闪变的允许值及测试方法。制订本标准的目的，是使电力系统中具有冲击性功率的负荷对供电电压质量的影响控制在合理的范围内，以获得良好的社会经济效益。本标准适用于交流50Hz电力系统正常运行方式下，公共供电点电压的快速变化及由此可能引起人眼对灯闪明显感觉的场合。

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesatilt-tabletestmethodforestimatingthesteady-staterolloverthresholdofaheavycommercialvehicleorbus,i.e.themaximumlateralaccelerationthatthetestvehiclecouldsustaininsteady-stateturningwithoutrollingover.Itisapplicabletocompleterollunits/combinationsofroll-coupledvehicleunits—e.g.single-unitvehicles,tractor-semitrailercombinations,articulatedbuses,fulltrailers,B-traincombinations—ofcommercialvehicles,commercialvehiclecombinations,busesorarticulatedbusesasdefinedinISO3833,andunderCategoriesM3,N2,N3,03and04ofECEandECvehicleregulations(trucksandtrailerswithmaximumweightsabove3,5tandbusesandarticulatedbuseswithmaximumweightsabove5t).Itdoesnotcovertransient,vibratoryordynamicrolloversituations;nordoesitconsidertheinfluencesofdynamicstabilitycontrolsystems.Furthermore,thequalityoftheestimateofthesteady-staterolloverthresholdprovidedbythetestmethoddecreasesasthetiltanglerequiredtoproducerolloverincreases.Evenso,theresultsforheavyvehicleswithhighrolloverthresholdscanbeusedforcomparingtheirrelativesteady-staterollstability.NOTEForfurtherlimitationsofthespecifiedtestmethod,seeAnnexB.
