【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodfordeterminingandquantitativelyexpressingthefoldingenduranceofphotographicfilm.ThemethodisbasedontheMITfolding-endurancetesterdescribedinannexB.Itisananalyticaltestandisnotintendedtosimulatepracticaluseconditions.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletofilmwithorwithoutagelatinbacking.Itmayalsobeappliedtoeitherraworprocessedfilm,althoughtheflexibilitylevelofagivenfilmcanbequitedifferentafterprocessing.EquipmentsimilartothatdescribedinthisInternationalStandardmaybeusedprovidedthatacorrelationhasbeenestablishedbetweentheresultsobtainedusingsuchequipmentandtheresultsobtainedusingtheequipmentdescribed.
