【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62005describesacommonsetofproceduresforestimatingthereliabilityoffibreopticconnectors,splices,branchingdevicesandotherpassivecomponents.ThispartdealsspecificallywithcomponentreliabilityasestimatedfromlifetestswhichareacceleratedinsomemannerasintheexampleofIEC62005-2.Sincedifferentmaterialsystemsdesignedtodothesamejobwilloftenrespondinverydifferentwaystothesamestresses,bothintermsoftheformoftheaccelerationfunction,andthestatisticaldistributionoffailuretimes(ordegradationobservedovertime),anormativestandardspecifyingspecificmethodsofaccelerationorstatisticalmodelingisinappropriate.Instead,thisPart7providesaminimalnormativestandardforpresentingdataandanalysestosupportreliabilityestimatesofpassivecomponentsandaninformativeportion(bibliography)containingreferencestomoreextensivewritingsonphysicalandstatisticalmodelingforacceleratedtesting.
