【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62220specifiesthemethodforthedeterminationoftheDETECTIVEQUANTUMEFFICIENCY(DQE)ofDIGITALX-RAYIMAGINGDEVICESasafunctionofexposureandofSPATIALFREQUENCYfortheworkingconditionsintherangeofthemedicalapplicationasspecifiedbytheMANUFACTURER.ThispartofIEC62220isapplicabletoprojectionDIGITALX-RAYIMAGINGDEVICESproducingIMAGESindigitalformatthatareusedformedicaldiagnosis.ItisrestrictedtoDIGITALX-RAYIMAGINGDEVICESthatareusedforradiographicimaging,suchasCRsystems,selenium-basedsystems,flatpaneldetectors,opticallycoupledCCDdetectors,anddigitalX-RAYIMAGEINTENSIFIERSusedforsingleexposures.ThispartofIEC62220isnotapplicableto-DIGITALX-RAYIMAGINGDEVICESintendedtobeusedinmammographyorindentalradiography;-COMPUTEDTOMOGRAPHY:-systemsinwhichtheX-rayfieldisscannedacrossthepatient;and-devicesfordynamicimaging(whereseriesofimagesareacquired,asinfluoroscopicorcardiacimaging).NOTEThedevicesnotedaboveareexcludedbecausetheycontainmanyparameters(forinstance,beamqualities,geometry,timedependence,etc.)whichdifferfromthoseimportantforgeneralradiography.Itisintendedtotreatsomeofthesetechniquesinseparatestandardsashasbeendoneforothertopics,forinstanceforspeedandcontrast,inIECandISOstandards.
