【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodisapplicabletotheon-linemeasurementofturbidityunder5nephelometricturbidityunits(NTU)inwater.1.2Itistheuser''sresponsibilitytoensurethevalidityofthistestmethodforwatersofuntestedmatrices.1.3InthistestmethodcalibrationstandardsaredefinedinNTUvalues,butotherassignedturbidityunitsareassumedtobeequivalent.1.4Thismethodassignstraceablereportingunitstothetypeofrespectivetechnologythatwasusedtoperformthemeasurement.Unitsarenumericallyequivalentwithrespecttothecalibrationstandard.Forexample,a1NTUformazinstandardisalsoequaltoa1FNUstandard,a1FNRUstandardandsoforth.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
